Due to significant contract awards within our ANZ Water business, we are expanding our Water Infrastructure Team in South East Queensland (SEQ). The Water Infrastructure group provides services to a range of internal and external clients on projects covering water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, mining, and defence sectors, with a key focus on supporting sustainable outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve. We are looking for a senior or principal level electrical engineer to join the team. By joining our team, you will have access to mentoring and guidance from our industry leading experts. You will also have the opportunity to work and collaborate with interstate and international offices. How you’ll make a difference You will be involved in electrical engineering works associated with pumping stations and equipment, water and wastewater treatment plants, ventilation, fire protection and HVAC systems Contribute to the delivery of electrical design packages for projects across QLD and beyond From a technical perspective, you will be responsible for: Electrical systems design including instrumentation, power distribution, control and communications; Technical studies including modelling and computational analysis; Electrical project cost estimating; Computer aided drafting. Depending on your level, contribute to and lead the preparation of proposals, design schedules, budgets and technical and commercial submissions for bid proposals associated with electrical work for external clients. Mentor junior members of the team.
