NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Strategy to join the Growth Go-to-Market team within our direct-to-consumer digital video streaming business. You will report to the Director of Web Strategy and lead experimentation strategy while owning the logged-out PeacockTV.com experience including homepage and landing pages as a key acquisition surface.
You will guide a cross-functional roadmap and team responsible for execution, needing to be a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with high attention to detail. You will maintain and prioritize a roadmap of experiments based on evolving business goals. Ideally, you are an expert in leading cross-functional workflows and CMS-based conversion-focused web experiences with passion for experimentation.
Responsibilities include leading experimentation strategy, roadmap, and testing philosophy for PeacockTV.com, prioritizing experiments with greatest potential for business growth. You will guide and optimize partnerships with external agencies and internal teams to execute tests. Analyzing experiment results and translating insights into actionable recommendations drives continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings expertise in experimentation frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and conversion rate optimization. Strong leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders are essential.
