The Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to provide visionary leadership and mentorship for multiple high-performing software engineering teams across general and specialized functions, including frontend, backend, and full-stack capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and mentorship for multiple high-performing software engineering teams across frontend, backend, and full-stack functions
• Drive technical strategy, architecture, and execution for complex, large-scale systems and projects
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle including planning, estimation, system design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and support
• Ensure rigorous adherence to best practices in code quality, system security, accessibility, compliance, and automated testing
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including product, design, QA, infrastructure, vendors, and stakeholders
• Champion DevOps, Agile, and continuous improvement philosophies across teams

Technical Stack

This role requires expertise in Python, Java, Angular, Microservices architecture, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge combined with strong leadership capabilities.
