Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Success Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR business support to our Australia & New Zealand Sales organization. This role is critical in partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
You'll work closely with other Employee Success Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and vital team members to advise leadership, drive strategy, and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives. Your role will encompass talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and change management.

You should have extensive HR business partner experience, preferably supporting sales organizations. Strong strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and proven ability to drive organizational change are essential. Experience in the technology industry is highly valued.
