We are seeking a finance professional to lead the financial consolidation and analysis in support of key planning and reporting cycles. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, insight‑driven financial analysis, identifying trends and variances, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to build clear financial bridges and narratives. The position also supports ad‑hoc reporting needs and plays a critical role in documenting, improving, and streamlining financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall decision‑making effectiveness ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze consolidated financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial bridging analysis and financial storytelling Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making. Continuously document and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role. SKILLS: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. PREFERRED: Prior experience in semi-conductor industry preferred.
