The role involves developing and implementing soft services strategies aligned with organizational objectives, managing budgets and vendor relationships, and ensuring service delivery meets quality standards and compliance requirements. This includes establishing key performance indicators and continuously improving service delivery processes.
Core soft services under their purview include cleaning and janitorial services, catering and food services, indoor plants management, managing space requests, pantry services, transport operations and grounds maintenance, waste management and recycling, pest control, and mail and courier services. They ensure these services integrate seamlessly to create positive workplace experiences.
The executive manages relationships with multiple service providers, negotiates contracts and service level agreements, monitors vendor performance, and ensures compliance with contractual obligations. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining high service standards.
