Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will service commercial real estate loans including construction and problem loans, and may include commercial real estate agency loans. You will provide direct customer service and act as the primary servicing contact for assigned loans.
Service commercial real estate loans including construction and problem loans. Provide direct customer service as primary servicing contact. Support less experienced loan administrators in resolving inquiries and complaints. Determine appropriate course of action and conduct investigative steps to identify customer issues. Perform complex administrative and customer support tasks. Assist in setting performance standards and recommend process improvements. Review moderately complex loan servicing documentation. Monitor collateral and prepare payoff letters. Provide subject matter expertise and interpret procedures. Respond independently to escalated complaints. Provide training and guidance to less experienced staff. Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues.
