We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Automation Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our cloud‑native applications and platform services. As part of our engineering organization, you will contribute to building robust automation frameworks, enhancing our testing capabilities, and establishing a quality‑first culture across teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications, backend services, APIs, and distributed systems. Collaborate with software engineers early in the development lifecycle to ensure testability and adherence to quality engineering standards.Build and maintain end‑to‑end, integration, and unit test suites using modern testing tools and frameworks. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, fast, and effective test execution with meaningful coverage. Implement API testing and contract validation aligned with OpenAPI specifications. Monitor, triage, and diagnose failures across test environments; drive root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term preventive solutions. Contribute to defining the overall test strategy, quality standards, tooling improvements, and best practices across teams. Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system reliability and scalability.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5 to 7 years of hands‑on experience in automation testing. Strong programming skills in C# with experience building automation frameworks and test scripts. Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for UI test automation. Experience in API testing using C#, Postman, or similar tools. Solid understanding of AWS cloud services including API Gateway, ALB, SNS, SQS, RDS, and S3. Experience testing applications deployed on AWS Lambda, ECS, and other cloud‑native environments. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of AWS observability tools such as CloudWatch and CloudTrail. Experience with performance and load testing using tools like BlazeMeter, JMeter, etc. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
