We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting business growth through sound financial management.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports.
General Ledger Management: Oversee general ledger activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
Tax Compliance: Manage federal, state, and local tax filings and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors and serve as primary contact for audit-related matters.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
