As a Security Specialist at H&M Group, you are responsible for supporting a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and company assets across all offices in your region. You will help enforce security protocols, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible and professional presence at the office. This role involves leading the implementation of global security policies, managing risk, and supporting business continuity through strong governance and collaboration.
You will respond to emergencies and incidents such as medical issues, fire alarms, or security threats with professionalism and efficiency. Regular patrols of the office area will help you identify and report risks, hazards, or violations before they escalate. You will lead the implementation and follow-up of global and local security and safety policies across the Bangladesh and Pakistan region, communicating effectively across all functions. Monitoring compliance and proactively addressing risks, incidents, and safety concerns is essential. You will work closely with country operations and business teams to ensure safety and security standards are maintained. Supporting Country Management in setting and achieving regional security goals and action plans will be a key part of your role. You will act as the regional point of contact for all security initiatives.
This position sits within the Production division, which transforms design ideas into actual products. We operate in over 20 sourcing markets and serve as the direct point of contact for local suppliers, ensuring quality products are produced at the best price in a sustainable way.
