As an Automotive Sales Associate at Fort Mill Ford, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their vehicle purchases, providing information about available models, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Your enthusiasm for automobiles and excellent communication skills will contribute to the success of our sales department.
You will greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles. You will conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance, helping customers experience the difference. Staying up-to-date on the features, specifications, and pricing of all available vehicle models is essential to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
You will guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and trade-ins. Negotiating and finalizing sales agreements in a transparent and customer-friendly manner is a core responsibility. You will follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns, building and maintaining positive relationships for potential repeat business and referrals.
Collaboration with other sales team members and departments ensures a seamless customer experience. You will participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills, working towards achieving individual and team sales targets while utilizing effective sales techniques to maximize opportunities.
Previous sales experience in a commission or quota-driven role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A passion for automobiles and commitment to customer satisfaction is required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary.
