Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism. Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM system. Generate sales appointments through effective communication and relationship building. Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
Effectively utilize lead management tools to maximize conversion opportunities. Compile all necessary reports, forms, and documentation on a timely basis. Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and maintain honesty in all aspects of dealing with customers.
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA, perform duties in a safe manner, and pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and possess a valid driver's license.
Previous automotive sales experience is highly valued but not required. We welcome candidates with strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, and passion for customer service.
