You will realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote yourself to guaranteeing satisfaction for every customer. Determining each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening is fundamental to success.

Reporting to the Vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses ensures alignment with dealership goals.
Keeping abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, and how they benefit customers is essential. Working with the service department and body shop ensures that vehicles are reconditioned as expected and on schedule.
Attending sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and manufacturer keeps you current with products and techniques. Maintaining a prospect development system and an owner follow-up system encourages repeat and referral business.
Reviewing and analyzing actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year determines how to better utilize time and plan for continuous improvement.
