Audi Downtown Nashville is seeking dedicated Sales Professionals to join their team. This position is responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards through four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.
You will realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote yourself to guaranteeing satisfaction of customers. Your role includes determining each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening, demonstrating vehicles including test drives, and delivering vehicles to customers while ensuring they understand the vehicle's operating features and warranty.
You will establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards and devise strategies to meet those goals. Reporting to the Vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives and activities, you will keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, and accessories. Working with the service department and body shop ensures vehicles are reconditioned as expected and on schedule.
You will attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and manufacturer, maintain a prospect development system, and establish an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business. Reviewing and analyzing actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year helps determine how to better utilize time and plans for continuous improvement.
