Sika is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop customers in the Automotive OES (Original Equipment Service) market for our product portfolio including adhesives, sealants, and coating products. This role is based in Seoul and focuses on the Korean market with global project support.
You will develop new projects and deliver sales in Automotive OES in Korea while supporting global-level projects to meet agreed budget and gross margin objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating with local key stakeholders along the value chain, managing supply chain for inventories in the Korean market, and analyzing the market to position Sika's product lines accordingly. You'll set up yearly/quarterly/monthly business plans, report to TM manager, and communicate with Sika Automotive APAC/global teams.
Minimum ten years of business development or related experience required (차장~부장급 level). Industry experience in Automotive adhesives or chemicals with 2nd/3rd Tier suppliers is preferred. Chemical, engineering, or business administration major is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Candidates must be faithful and dedicated in business, equipped with a driving license, motivated to learn, and possess good computer skills for Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Good English skills are required.
