The Sales & Communications Support position is a dynamic role that combines sales administration, internal communications, and brand management responsibilities. You will serve as a key support function for the Director while ensuring seamless client document management and maintaining brand-consistent messaging across the Ukraine market.
You will manage the complete lifecycle of client documents including contracts, proposals, letters, and annexes. This involves printing, scanning, and formatting documents to professional standards, routing them through appropriate review and approval channels, and distributing final documents via email, e-signature platforms, or courier services. You'll track document status against established SLAs and proactively follow up on any blockers to ensure timely delivery.
You will draft, edit, and distribute internal announcements, updates, and leadership messages ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company tone. The role includes organizing internal meetings such as town halls, Q&A sessions, and staff updates while managing agendas, talking points, and follow-up actions. You'll maintain internal pages and posts on platforms like SharePoint and Teams to ensure timely information flow across the organization.
You will support the planning and execution of both client-facing and employee events including presentations, networking sessions, and corporate gatherings. Responsibilities include handling logistics, venue booking, catering arrangements, and communications with vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
You will ensure timely payments for vendors and contractors by coordinating with the Finance team and tracking invoices to maintain smooth operational workflows.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in document management or administrative support. You should be comfortable working with various digital tools and platforms while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency.
