About the Role
Synear Foods USA LLC is seeking a Sales Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles. This role involves analyzing sales performance data across channels, products, and regions, and preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to support marketing and sales decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance data across channels, products, and regions
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to support marketing and sales decision-making
- Collaborate with the marketing team to track campaign performance including promotions, digital campaigns, and events
- Provide insights on customer engagement and sales impact
- Monitor sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and highlight risks or gaps by analyzing historical data and market performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key sales and marketing KPIs
- Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning by analyzing historical sales data and market trends
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of sales and marketing data by coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on customer behavior, product performance, and market trends
Requirements
Candidates must be bilingual in English and Mandarin. A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, marketing analytics, or a related role, and must be proficient in Microsoft Advanced Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, and data analysis.
