Job Summary The Boutique / Retail Shop Sales Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, advising them on products, and driving sales while ensuring a high-quality customer experience within the boutique. Key Responsibilities 1. Guest Reception & Service Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests Identify customer needs and assist them throughout their purchasing journey Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience 2. Sales & Advisory Advise customers and promote boutique products Drive sales by offering tailored recommendations Build customer loyalty through excellent service 3. Boutique Operations Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area Support product display and visual merchandising Handle cashiering and payment transactions 4. Product Knowledge Develop strong knowledge of products and collections Provide accurate and relevant information to customers 5. Standards & Quality Follow company procedures and service standards Ensure consistent service quality at all times
