This is a permanent part-time position offering 8, 12, or 16 hours per week based at H&M Warrington store. For this position, we require 2-5 days of flexibility, including weekends. As an H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to every customer who visits our store.
You will represent the H&M Brand positively and engage with customers to provide excellent service and an exciting shopping experience. Your role involves supporting commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets. You'll keep up to date with the latest fashion trends, brands, and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide customers. Additionally, you'll provide and receive feedback to support yourself and your colleagues in learning and development.
Our stores are the heart of our company, where customers experience our brand firsthand. You'll be part of a dynamic Store Team including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers. Together, you'll create an inspirational environment for both customers and colleagues.
