This is a permanent full-time position offering 35 hours per week at the H&M Dundalk store located in the Marshes Shopping Center. As a Sales Advisor Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in coaching your team to provide an exceptional shopping experience while supporting the management team in leading the store to success.
You will represent the H&M Brand positively, engaging with customers to provide excellent service and an exciting shopping experience. Your role involves supporting commercial actions alongside your team to achieve store goals and sales targets. You'll stay informed about the latest fashion trends, brands, and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide customers. Additionally, you'll provide and receive feedback to support continuous learning and development for yourself and your colleagues. You'll secure operational and visual excellence by guiding and coaching your team members.
Our stores are the heart of our company, where customers experience our brand firsthand. You'll be part of a dynamic Store Team including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers. Together, you'll create an inspirational environment for both customers and colleagues.
