A Sales Advisor at H&M is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store's sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you will always put customers first, offer assistance, and share your product and fashion knowledge. You will create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.
You will provide great customer experiences throughout the shopping journey. You will fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments to maximize selling opportunities. You will actively process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room. You will open, unpack, and label merchandise with security tags. You will support customer purchases and returns at the register.
