As a Sales Advisor at H&M Nagoya Minato Arcs, you will support our customers to enjoy a comfortable shopping experience. You will welcome customers with a smile, guide them through the store to help them find what they are looking for, and introduce H&M products. Working while valuing our philosophy, you will contribute to your own growth and the company's success.
You will convey your knowledge about fashion and products in an easy-to-understand way to help customers choose suitable items. Collaborating with the team to provide service that exceeds expectations ensures customers are satisfied with their H&M shopping experience. You will maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized back office to ensure a comfortable shopping environment.
Your duties include supporting store opening and closing operations, ensuring all daily tasks are completed efficiently. When interacting with customers, you will positively convey the charm of yourself and the brand, creating meaningful connections that bring customers back.
Our stores are an important place where customers can directly feel the H&M brand. Sales Advisors, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and all store staff work together to create a warm and attractive atmosphere. You will also collaborate with the Area Team, sharing information with other stores to achieve success together.
We are looking for people with fashion, retail, or customer service experience or interest (beginners welcome). Ideal candidates love fashion, enjoy customer service and coordination, and want to contribute to sales while conveying product charm. You should enjoy working with a team, thrive in a changing environment, and have communication skills with creativity and willingness to learn new systems while growing.
Employment type: Fixed-term contract (part-time). Probation period: 3-6 months (same salary and working hours as permanent). Hourly wage: 1,140 JPY and up. Shift system (8 hours with 60 minutes break), 2 days per week minimum, 4 hours per day minimum.
