As an H&M Sales Advisor at our Starfield Anseong Store in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will greet customers, guide them through the store, help them find needed products, and effectively introduce our offerings while practicing our values to contribute to your growth and the company's success.
You will share your knowledge of fashion and products to help customers make better choices. Working collaboratively with your team, you'll ensure customers experience the best service in our store. You'll maintain the store and logistics spaces in a tidy and comfortable condition, support store opening and closing procedures, and positively represent yourself and the brand in all customer interactions.
Our store is the center of the company, where customers directly experience our brand. As a member of a dynamic store team including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, and Visual Merchandisers, you'll contribute to creating an inspiring and welcoming environment for customers. You'll also connect with the Area Team, sharing insights through inter-store collaboration to drive success together.
We're looking for people with customer service experience in fashion, retail, or similar industries. You should have passion for fashion and interest in delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting products, and driving sales. You should enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, possess smooth communication skills, be creative, interested in store technology, and have a strong willingness to learn and grow.
