As a Sales Advisor at H&M's Myeongdong Store in Seoul, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, help them find the products they need, and effectively introduce our products. You will share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make better choices. Collaborating with the team to ensure customers experience the best service in the store is essential. You will manage the store and logistics spaces to ensure they are always organized and comfortable for shopping.
Your duties include supporting store opening and closing operations, ensuring all daily tasks are completed efficiently. In all customer interactions, you will represent yourself and the brand positively, creating meaningful connections that bring customers back to our store.
The store is the center of our company and the space where customers directly experience our brand. As a member of the dynamic store team, all roles including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, and Visual Merchandisers contribute to creating an inspiring and welcoming environment for customers.
You will also connect with the Area Team, collaborating across stores to share insights and drive success together. Working with your team, you will play an important role in helping customers express themselves with confidence through the latest trends and timeless styles. By forming meaningful relationships with customers, we contribute to making fashion more accessible and sustainable.
