Customer Experience
- Create unforgettable customer experiences by greeting customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner
- Forge lasting relationships with customers through personalized service
- Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure every customer receives the best service possible
Sales & Business Goals
- Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment
- Seek new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and activewear specifically
- Serve as an expert resource for customers
- Communicate inventory needs to support business goals
Operations
- Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening
- Collaborate with management on inventory management
- Maintain store cleanliness including floors and bathrooms
- Execute cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives
- Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and reflecting the correct visual image
Qualifications
