The Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholds Raising Cane's standards and culture through shift management responsibilities. This role ensures operations meet company standards in all restaurant zones during assigned shifts.
The Restaurant Manager acts as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant while managing cash handling and ensuring accountability. They enforce company policies and standards, execute shift management meeting operations and safety requirements, and use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution.
The position directs crewmembers during shifts, provides exemplary customer service, and utilizes reward and recognition programs for crewmembers. The Restaurant Manager authorizes employee functions and ensures team members deliver quality experiences to customers.
Starting at $20 per hour plus bonus opportunities based on performance.
The role includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment requiring extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending. The position involves both indoor and outdoor work in varied temperatures, working with food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning products requiring personal protective equipment.
