What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience within luxury, unionized, or high-volume hospitality environments Proven ability to manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service Polished, service-oriented leadership style with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities to handle complex operational challenges Track record of building trusted relationships across departments and with key stakeholders Collaborative leader who fosters a positive team culture, motivates staff, and drives consistent high performance Experience in unionized environments is an asset Current Serving It Right certification required Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings This position requires an active, hands-on leadership presence on the floor. The Restaurant Manager must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs Frequently bend, kneel, push, pull, and navigate stairs while supporting daily operations
