Relationship Bankers deliver exceptional customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach, proposing appropriate products and services, and providing digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. You will assist customers with account services, process transactions, and identify opportunities to connect them with specialized banking solutions tailored to their needs.
Upon required licensing and SAFE registration, the Relationship Banker LP (SAFE) employee will transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role. The day-to-day duties and responsibilities will differ from branch to branch, offering variety and growth opportunities throughout your career.
