You will provide direct care to assigned patients and assist with additional patient care when necessary. All decisions and actions on behalf of patients and families are determined in an ethical manner, ensuring the highest standards of care.
You will collect and analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses, collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members, and develop care plans to attain realistic outcomes. Education founded on evidence-based practice is a key component of this role.
You will assess and record patient status, identifying care needs upon admission. The role requires organizing assessment health data accurately and completely, identifying problems requiring immediate attention, and validating diagnoses with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
