The Regional Leader of Marketing (RLM) is the marketing expert within their region and is responsible for managing Area Leaders of Marketing (ALMs). This role oversees ongoing training and development of ALMs' marketing acumen, understanding of programs and processes, knowledge of brand philosophies and standards, marketing planning, and reporting.
The RLM plans and executes marketing plans and activities that impact the region, including leading the negotiation and management of higher profile sponsorships. This role is part of the Regional Business Unit team and collaborates with BU team leaders to set goals and expectations for the region.
The position recruits, hires, and trains exceptional ALMs while ensuring marketing plans align with regional goals. The RLM ensures alignment and communication with the Regional Business Unit team on all marketing-related initiatives.
The role includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment requiring extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending. The position involves both indoor and outdoor work in varied temperatures, working with food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning products requiring personal protective equipment.
