As a member of AbbVie's Business Technology Solutions (BTS) Talent Acquisition Team, you will support professional talent recruitment efforts across all technical verticals. This role implements sourcing and talent attraction strategies for both current and emerging technology roles within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
You will manage an average of 15-25 active requisitions simultaneously, conducting strategic intake calls with hiring managers and building qualified, pre-screened candidate pools. Full-cycle recruitment responsibilities include posting roles, sourcing and screening talent, facilitating interview processes, and proposing offer packages using equity and market analysis data. You'll negotiate offers while upholding candidate experience standards and ensuring alignment with business needs.
The successful candidate will become familiar with AbbVie's functional ecosystem, tech stack, and external technology market trends. You should demonstrate ability to adapt to new profiles, support business expansions, and meet ambitious hiring timelines in an ever-changing tech landscape.
