Turner & Townsend is seeking an Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our recruitment team supporting the Real Estate division. This role drives and directs recruiting initiatives to attract sector-leading talent for major projects and programmes across the UK.
You will support best-in-class talent attraction and acquisition activities, recruiting project managers and major programme management specialists. Working alongside a Recruitment & Resourcing Manager, you will identify, map, and approach top talent while managing a quality end-to-end recruitment process with an external focus.
The ideal candidate has experience in a 360 recruitment role with excellent stakeholder management skills. You should demonstrate passion for identifying hard-to-find talent in competitive markets, with previous experience in real estate, construction, or major programme recruitment preferred.
