About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance PM, Mechanical to join our Data Center Construction team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects and will play a critical role in ensuring quality standards are maintained across multiple construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage and collaborate with project stakeholders across all levels
- Ensure effective communication across internal teams for consistent client delivery
- Analyze, track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip
- Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized
- Ensure application of best practices on all projects
- Produce formal project status reports and other required reports
- Monitor progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Manage interface between suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews
- Manage flow of project information through regular meetings and communications
- Forecast and update key project milestones
- Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders
- Provide rapid response to RFIs from the field
- Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects
- Strong mechanical systems knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with data center construction preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
