The Quality Associate for Data Operations will execute low to medium complexity quality control tasks under supervision. This role ensures accurate setting of QC Ratings as a quality benchmark and foundation for further analysis. You will maintain compliance with global quality standards as defined by the MI OPS framework and identify and report quality issues, inconsistencies, or process gaps.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires completing assigned tasks on time with high accuracy and attention to detail. You will perform quality checks effectively using deeper knowledge of tools and systems, provide solid written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration, and demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess data and identify root causes.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and sound judgment in handling ambiguous or complex situations. Product knowledge in a limited set of Product Groups is required, along with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills are essential to work effectively in a team environment.
