Responsible to drive high level objective with Regional sales, specification and support regional team to increase sales opportunities of the respective product segment and there by maximize sales, margin, and market share for the region. Achieving the given sales targets for West zone through distributors and collect payments on time. To establish and maintain good rapport with distributors to gain higher sales and help them to expand their base. Handling & closing customer complaints effectively. To strategize & implement sales promotion activities in consultation with Zonal Head. To locate, appoint and develop distributor in untapped areas. To work with sales & marketing teams to promote Sika products in Channel Sales. To execute sales and marketing activities across the territory/zone to achieve agreed sales volume, pricing and selling cost objectives by implementing consistently the overall sales strategy, using technical, organizational and customer knowledge. To ensure new business development to develop / maintain strategic long-term business relationships with major key distributor accounts to promote brand value. To guide specific business development in the distribution sector through specification selling to key influencers. To ensure all necessary procedures and processes in the distribution management is formulated in line with strategy and implement across the zone. To establish and maintain good rapport with distributors to gain higher sales and help them to expand their base In addition, provide inputs and participate in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services to enhance and grow Distribution Management
