We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Institutional team in Taipei. In this role, you will drive OTC (Over-the-Counter) product enhancements and establish Binance as a market leader in institutional services.
You will perform market research and competitor analysis to benchmark OTC pricing, liquidity provider performance, and order routing. Your work will include driving product enhancements such as automating end-to-end processes for scalability, creating dashboards for pricing insights and LP metrics, optimizing Options RFQ performance, and launching Futures RFQ.
You will partner with business, engineering, and operations teams to shape the OTC roadmap, define milestones, and prioritize features for efficiency and risk management. Your role includes translating ideas into actionable plans, drafting detailed PRDs, assessing technical feasibility, and executing from concept to launch.
Additionally, you will monitor product data and user feedback to refine experiences, especially in high-volume institutional trading scenarios.
Candidates should have strong product management experience, preferably in financial services or cryptocurrency. Knowledge of OTC trading, derivatives, and institutional client needs is essential.
