HP is seeking a Process Sustaining Technician to join our Microfluidic Technology Organization (MTO) within the liquid cooling solutions business. This role supports R&D inkjet development through continuous improvement of tools and processes involved in semi-automated IC equipment.
As a Process Sustaining Technician, you will apply extensive technical knowledge, job skills, and company policies to complete complex, specialized assignments in creative and effective ways. You'll work with minimal supervision on assignments that require considerable judgment and technical expertise to resolve problems and develop recommended solutions.
You will be responsible for creating, developing, and documenting process technology and tooling solutions. Working with cross-functional partners, you'll ensure the accuracy of proposed solutions that meet design standards, coordinating with various groups to ensure successful execution. You may determine methods and procedures for new assignments and provide guidance to other employees.
