This role collaborates closely with Product Owners, Delivery Teams, and cross‑functional partners to ensure timely and accurate updates to operational procedures and related content. In this role, you will: Participate in establishing guidelines and design of work Review regulatory changes or partner with regulatory change agents to proactively identify required updates Maintain document library or repository and update tables in appropriate systems Review changes to business operations for potential impact to other operations and procedures Draft, edit and format basic to moderately complex technical manuals, projects or other technical documentation Create graphical technical presentations for others Understand Business Operations policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Assist others to resolve process gaps, providing input based on observations Research and translate technical information to users Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers Partner with subject matter professionals to understand business needs as it relates to procedures Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Procedure Writing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: Create Jira tasks and sub‑tasks for Content Change Requests in partnership with Product Owners and Delivery Teams. Proactively manage the content certification lifecycle by tracking upcoming certifications and generating required Jira sub‑tasks. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ticket creation processes, offering guidance and support to team members. Act as a liaison between Product Owners, Delivery Teams, and Business SMEs to ensure alignment and clarity in content updates. Review regulatory changes and partner with business to identify required content updates. Maintain content repositories, libraries, and associated reports to ensure accuracy and consistency. Review changes in business operations to evaluate impacts on downstream processes or documentation. Create graphical or visual materials to support technical presentations and content delivery. Interact with internal customers to address questions, clarify requirements, and support content‑related needs. Prepare accurate and consistent monthly MIS reports for Leadership, providing insights into ticket volumes, trends, and progress. Assist peers in addressing process gaps and provide recommendations based on observations. Provide backup support to the Delivery Team for content governance activities. Identify content and ticketing process gaps and partner with Leadership, Functional Leads, and peers to improve workflows. Support simplification, scalability, and efficiency initiatives across the content ecosystem. Job Expectations: 2+ experience in content management, or operational support, preferably in Banking or Financial Services. Experience using Agile / Jira or similar workflow/ticketing systems. Experience in creating and managing reports using Tableau. Analytical skills with experience creating structured MIS reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills. Effective collaboration skills with cross‑functional stakeholders and SMEs.
