Wells Fargo is seeking a Private Mortgage Banker (SAFE) in Consumer Lending as part of Home Lending. This role focuses on producing high-quality jumbo loans while providing excellent customer service to affluent borrowers.
You will participate in soliciting residential mortgages from various sources and produce high-quality jumbo loans which are compliant with all regulations. You will build relationships focused on affluent borrowers with realtors, builders, financial professionals, bank stores, and other non-traditional sources.
You will develop and maintain a high degree of visibility for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the marketplace and stay informed of mortgage industry trends and developments. You will receive customer applications, quote rates and points, and complete follow-up activities with registration lock-in.
You will review and analyze low to moderately complex financial and credit data, match customer needs with appropriate loan programs, and inform customers of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage programs, rates, policies, and underwriting requirements.
