As a Principal Engineer, you will be part of the Firmware Verification Team that designs and develops white box and grey box tests in Python to verify firmware designs of Storage systems for AI workloads. You will work closely with product architects and firmware engineers to create comprehensive firmware verification tests.
Collaborate closely with firmware engineers and architects on product architecture and designs to define comprehensive verification plans. Design, develop, and integrate white box and gray box tests on SSD products inline with latest methodologies. Conduct test plan reviews and code reviews to ensure tests are scalable and meet requirements. Participate in driving failure analysis and collaborate with integration/execution engineers for test deployment. Work with memory (NAND) systems team to understand implementation of algorithms handling IO paths and NAND error handling. Lead a high-energy team, contributing to test strategy and test development across multiple platforms including pre-silicon, emulation, and silicon bring-up.
