The Product Portfolio Manager plays a critical role in delivering Colibri's mission: transforming careers through education. By building high-impact, market-aligned professional education portfolios, this role ensures learners receive relevant, compliant, and career-advancing education while driving sustainable growth for the business.
VOC & Market Discovery: Conduct 1-on-1 customer interviews, ethnography, and analyze competitive intelligence to identify unmet needs.
Product-Market Fit: Focus on experimentation, validating assumptions, and iterating quickly to find sustainable product-market fit rather than just delivering features.
Business Strategy & ROI: Define product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives and return on investment goals.
