Northwestern Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our team at NM Palos Hospital. This position involves comprehensive patient care across NMG hospitals, office locations, and healthcare facilities as determined by organizational leadership.
The Anesthesiologist maintains a clinical schedule on days, hours, and at locations necessary to provide timely and comprehensive medical services to NMG patients. You will provide on-call coverage as reasonably required by the organization. The role includes referring patients requiring specialized medical care to appropriate specialists within NMG's affiliated provider network while respecting patient preferences and medical best interests.
Regular participation in practice unit meetings and quality assurance activities is expected. You will ensure compliance with billing, documentation, and related policies, procedures, systems, and practices established by NMG and our contracting payors. The position requires performance of duties consistent with physician employment as assigned by the President or designee.
