Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping customers achieve their financial goals.
As an Associate Personal Banker, you will participate in the delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. You will assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service transactions, and addressing banking needs. Your role includes identifying opportunities to connect customers with specialized bankers for more complex financial solutions.

Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build trusting relationships. Basic knowledge of banking products and services is preferred.
