Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Required Skills
- 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience
- Hands-on employee benefits administration (health, retirement, ACA/COBRA)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations, reporting)
- Proficiency with payroll/HRIS systems (Paycor, Paycom, ADP, UKG, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of federal/state wage and hour laws, payroll taxes, and benefits compliance
- Client-facing communication skills—comfortable advising managers and employees both verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications (CPP, CEBS, SHRM) a plus
- Leadership potential and growth mindset
