You will be responsible for accurately identifying and collecting patient demographic information according to organizational standards. The position requires interaction with various hospital departments and physician offices to effectively schedule and guide patients through the NMHC system. You will proactively reach out to patients to schedule appointments and perform medical necessity checks for scheduled services, communicating alternatives when appointments cannot be secured.
