Grupo Mariposa is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Systems Intern to join our IT department in Guayaquil, Ecuador. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the IT department, ensuring the company's technological operativity while developing practical skills in support, networks, and systems management within an industrial infrastructure.
You will provide preventive and corrective technical support for hardware and software issues. You'll manage technology inventory and provide support to internal users. You'll assist in network configuration and IT security implementation. You'll monitor operating systems and communication tools to ensure optimal performance. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges while learning from experienced IT professionals.
You should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Systems, Computer Science, or related technical program. Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking is essential. You should have strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team are important for success in this role.
