You will manage incoming parts inventory, process shipments including cores and warranty part return claims to Honda, and restock returned parts efficiently. The position involves significant customer interaction at the Parts Front Counter, handling retail phone calls, and supporting department managers with correspondence. You'll maintain an organized, safe work area while ensuring the professional appearance of the parts department. Additional duties include stocking and posting orders to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.
A High School Diploma is required. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and possess a valid driver's license. Safety is paramount - you must follow all company safety policies and immediately report any accidents to management.
