As a Part-time Sales Advisor at H&M SM City Pampanga, you are responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store's sales and profit. In this role, you will always put customers first, offering assistance and sharing your product and fashion knowledge. You will create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through excellent store operations and great garment care.
Providing great customer experiences is at the heart of this role. You will fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments to maximize selling opportunities throughout the store. Actively processing, stocking, and replenishing garments on the sales floor and in the stock room ensures customers always find what they need. You will open, unpack, and label merchandise with security tags to maintain inventory accuracy. Supporting customer purchases and returns at the register requires attention to detail and friendly service. Sharing your knowledge and skills with colleagues helps build a positive working environment where everyone can succeed.
