You will share your knowledge about fashion and products with customers to help them make well-informed decisions. You'll collaborate with the team to deliver the best customer service at every step of the customer journey. You'll ensure the sales floor and warehouse have adequate stock levels, maintain order and a welcoming atmosphere. You'll assist with store opening and closing routines and represent yourself and the company positively when communicating with customers.
Our stores are the heart of the company, as this is where customers experience direct contact with our brand. As part of our dynamic team, every role, from sales consultant to department manager, store manager, visual specialists, and cash specialists, contributes to creating an inspiring and cozy atmosphere. You'll also collaborate with the larger regional team, working with other stores to share insights and observations to continue developing the company's, stores', and your own success. Together with the team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers feel confident and show their individuality by choosing products from the latest trends and timeless styles.
