As a Department Manager Trainee at &Other Stories in Goyang Starfield, you will receive comprehensive training to become a future store leader. This role combines hands-on operational experience with leadership development, preparing you to manage a department within our premium fashion retail environment.
You will provide superior customer service according to &Other Stories standards across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas. Understanding store goals and sales metrics, you will lead initiatives to maximize sales and achieve targets. You will actively identify and implement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue. Handling customer complaints professionally and flexibly will be part of your daily responsibilities.
You will manage store opening and closing operations, including comprehensive store management tasks. Utilizing scheduling systems and managing price reduction processes will be essential. You will ensure store logistics processes are followed and pick list operations run smoothly. Commercial-focused operations will drive sales and profitability improvements. You will support merchandising decisions based on sales data analysis.
You will build positive and collaborative teamwork based on brand values. Serving as a role model, you will positively influence team members with exemplary attitudes. You will support smooth workflow coordination in the store. Through clear goal setting and timely feedback, you will support team member growth and development.
Minimum 6 months experience as Sales Advisor in retail environment or 3 months as Key Holder. Outstanding customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide constructive, clear, and professional feedback.
